"I took my car to this autobody shop and it is a brand new 2023 vehicle. They fixed the problem that I took it there for and then their own workers at the shop, damaged another area of my car. After a little back-and-forth, they were able to see on the pictures that it was not some thing that was there before I took my car to them initially. So they agreed to fix the part. Now that the part has arrived, they want me to drop off the car and they are refusing to provide me a vehicle to have transportation and they are saying that it’s going to take a full day to a day and a half to fix WHAT THEY DAMAGED, and they’re refusing to provide me transportation! I can understand that it’s not something they would normally do, but this is a normal situation either. I have health issues, and I am a single mother and my whole world cannot stop because this particular autobody shop was irresponsible with my vehicle to begin with. I would never recommend this place and the manager Jerry that I spoke with, is so nonchalant about it all he could care less that I was upset. He hung up and said he absolutely will not give me a rental and left this as my problem. I’ve already contacted the Better Business Bureau and I will contact an attorney next if necessary, because I have proof of everything. It’s so concerning to me that this business treats their customers this way. Highly do not recommend, a joke when it comes to accepting responsibility for the damage they customer service for sure. Update 11/14 So as I sit here in their lobby waiting on my car to be fixed, I ask the receptionist questions about their policy and the same manage Jerry, calls the front in the middle of the conversation and tells her NOT TO ANSWER ANY OF MY QUESTIONS!!!! So even though they're "installing while I wait" they refuse to allow anyone to provide me customer service. What a joke this place is. Completely disrespectful!! Shame on whoever made this man a manager, his people skills are"
"My rear bumper on my Toyota Prius 4 was damaged when rear ended on Interstate 5. Y&S in San Pedro completed the insurance claim repairs quickly and efficiently. They kept me informed every step of the way and completed the repairs a day earlier then expected. I'm very satisfied and recommend their services."
"This was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had. I went for an inspection of my car and the manager Jerry was rude and unprofessional. I wanted to get a quote for how much it would cost to replace the bumper on my car. He refused to give me the quote because he said I was late for the appointment. I had told them ahead of time that I would be a bit late, and they said that it was okay, that they would still see me. But when I arrived, Jerry was just very rude. When I said I wanted to call my insurance company to change the inspection to another body shop, he said I wasn't allowed to leave. Instead of having all these time to be rude and arguing with me, he could have given me the right quote. I won’t recommend this place at all."
