My daughter took her car to her dealer ship and they told her it was a computer chip malfunction and it would cost $3000 to replace it . "I cannot begin to express how lucky and thankful I was for finding Carlos Auto Garage. I had just gotten rear ended by a tow truck (who then fled the scene) on the 105 W Freeway. I quickly I filed a police report and tried to find a shop and all of them were closing and my car was making weird noises and heating up.... I eventually stopped by Carlos' garage. From the moment I got there and with very little hope of finding someone willing to help, Carlos came out and was very supportive he assured me he had things handled and was going to do everything to help me. By this point I was in tears and couldn't believe how kind he was. Before I left I provided my insurance claim information and left. The next day I was dreading having to call my insurance and doing all of the paperwork for the claim. To my surprise, when I called my insurance they said the claim had already been approved. By 9am, Carlos had already submitted photos, videos, and gotten on a video call with my insurance not to mention had them arrange a car rental for me too. I immediately called him to thank him and he said would take about two weeks to finish. He went above and beyond to help me out! I'm more than happy with the work that was done and thankful I was in good hands throughout the process. They did an awesome job and will recommend him from here on out!
