"Ladies beware, the front office man is very dismissive and doesn’t care to listen to whatever you have to say. He would rather just charge you for tests and tell you what you already know. Even asking if I could pay more for a full inspection wouldn’t get him to listen to me. It was literally like talking to a brick wall and I feel he definitely treated me that way bc I’m a young female."

"Took my car on Saturday and they were super busy, but Fernando schedule me for Monday morning. I went in cause my AC wasn’t working or turning on. Took my car and left it there, about an hour later he calls me letting me know the issue and what the cost would be. Prior of going to them, I went somewhere else and was told they had to order the parts that were needed and never heard from them. Well with Fernando I didn’t had to wait for the parts to come in, they took care my AC issue, and then he calls me about my breaks being worn out and my rotors where bad (I was aware of that and was going to take it to my dads mechanic) but since he was taking care of my AC and the price wasn’t bad. I just went ahead and have them do everything. He has good customer service and gave me a decent price for everything they did. If I would’ve gone to the dealer just for my AC I would’ve paid the same amount and not gotten my breaks and rotors done. I’m very satisfied with the service and the time frame it took to get it done wasn’t bad at all. Definitely coming back for future services."

"I and my family drove to south cal for a week vacation this summer. Realized that my AC not working properly. We are from San Francisco and use little ac during summer. It's another 90 degree in LA, it's not blowing cold air at all. It's pretty urgent to get the ac fixed. Imagine you got stucked in LA traffic for two hours without ac. So I searched around and found this shop. Saw they got pretty good review at Yelp so I gave it a shot. I'm so glad I went there. The owner said it just need to add some freon and will be fine. He worked on my car right away and let the computer to fill freon about 20 mins. it's done and we got cold air again. Thank you so much! It saved our day in LA. My two young sons on the back seat are happy again. I believe the owner is a very skillful and honest mechanic."
