"There have been a couple of bad experiences that I have with the service of this dealership. Last time I took my car for a regular oil change and tire rotation, I left my car the day before in order for me to get my car really early but the guys in this dealership never call me and I had to go and check why they didn't call me or message me. I lost an entire work day just cuz the guy that took my info didn't go to work and he didn't tell anyone about my car. I talked to one of the managers and she was doing her best to explain what happened, but her explanation didn't fix the problem that I lost my work day. Please you have to be more professionals and make sure everyone is in the same page in that way nobody gets to have a bad experience."
