"Was told to bring my car in to get brakes done at 10am and that they would be busy so it would take about 3 hours, which I was fine with. However when I called at 2:30pm I was told that they hadn't even touched my car yet and that it needed parts I could have easily gotten myself, had they just looked at my car before noon. Ended up having to take my car back at 3pm as even if I had the parts they needed, they still had no idea when it would be done. Complete waste of time. They have a cute cat tho, so one star for that."
