"I usually stick to my known mechanics however my regular guy was not available and I decided to give this auto shop a try ...I had a check engine light emissions problem and Chris the boss said we can fix it no problem...now my car was having transmission problems but was drivable and I drove it into his shop ....he then calls me later on in the day and says "Hey your transmission just went out , your car is not drivable"...says he didn't know why and even though my car had some issues was still DRIVING...when I get to his shop he says sorry im not responsible I feel bad but not my fault ....I brought my car driving had to take it back home towed. He then said he would call me to work something out ..never heard back from him...never resolved ..horrible experience ..will never go back and would not recommend a mechanic who doesn't try to help his customers ..too many good mechanics to waste time and $$ on this guy"
