When I finally got my car back it was missing the rear mats and truck cover. I've had my car for over 2 months and still have not received the replacement. I come to the office today to get the replacement I walk in and when I walk out there's a guy opening my trunk without my permission. It's just insult to injury because literally I was injured in a car accident to have this be my experience from a place that I chose as opposed to a place that insurance wanted to send me to.
