"Good food but slow as hell, and zero employee urgency and lack of communication. I get that there are two drive through order lanes but you don't need to ignore one forever. Even just a "we'll be right with you" would help! Instead I sat at the speaker for 9 minutes without a peep. They weren't taking orders on the other speaker either and the lanes weren't full. Just zero acknowledgement."

"We waited for our food for 50 minutes and by the time we got it home not far from there , it was cooled off already. The service was terrible. We will never go there again. Everything you eat there is spicy hot, I am surprised the biscuit isn't spicy hot too! Gravy is spicy, batter is spicy hot, shrimp does not taste like shrimp, it tasted like crunchy spicy crust, so spicy you can't taste the food. Never again!"

"You know what is more annoying is waiting in line in the Drive Thur for 10 minutes and people super cutting in the line next to you and then getting their orders before you... some people are just rude and inconsiderate , but the food was over all yummy"

"First off I just want to say Welcome to Menifee Popeyes!! We've been waiting patiently. The place is brand spanking new and it really looks nice. Ok now for the good stuff. Me and my wife came by to try this new location and it was great. We shared a 5 piece tender Combo and it comes with one side, a biscuit and a Drink. The ONLY issue we had was we asked for MAC n CHEESE for our side and was given mashed potatoes. I did bring it up and they let us keep the Mashed potatoes so, that was a plus. The place looks very clean and so did the restrooms. Staff was awesome and the place was busy. Overall great experience. I will be back again for sure. Wife says the seating is a bit tight but we managed LOL."
