"Flattest piazza I ever eat in my life, no taste. Ordered one of the special pizzas, it was dry like stone, the tomato souse was unflavored, the hum smelled weird… just less than plain and awful piazza. Don’t waste your time!"

"Wow can't believe in these days that it takes over two hrs to have 2 large pizzas, bread sticks and wings. I placed order online and had 50 min to have ready. I showed up just past hr stood in line as they didn't have anyone helping with just online orders. That took 18 min.Once up to counter they looked for my order and said they haven't even started it and need hour and 10 minutes more. Wasted my time and gas. I cancelled order...not happy"

"Staff clearly doesn’t know what they are doing. Don’t place an online order to pick up in store if you plan on having your food in a timely manor at all, waited a hour and a half over the time it said it would be done just for staff to tell me they don’t have my food and must have given it away to somebody else."

"Long story short, I received a so-called stuffed crust pizza that was flatter than a crêpe LOL I took it back and they gave me a regular pepperoni pan, pizza, fresh, and hot without any troubles. I will say overall they handled the situation the correct way and thank you for their customer service."

"The worst Pizza experience ever! Got the Holiday box. Ordered extra pepperoni got less pepperoni I have ever seen. The whole pizza had only one slice worth of cheese. I felt extremely ripped off!!! I could get six way better pizzas wings breadsticks. For the price I paid. Yes everyone out tops the Hut. Don’t waste your money and leave yourself hungry."
