McDonald's

"Line was way way long. I work in fast food so I’m pretty understanding but everything was cold when I received it. Was told multiple times i couldn’t do two transactions on the same card even though me and my boyfriend did two seperate orders. I’m not trying to blame anyone but this experience was very frustrating and it seemed like the lady at the window did not care. maybe schedule more cashiers and fix the app, it’s confusing for both customers and employees."

"When I ask from all of my food to be freshly made. I expect for my food to be given to me. Hot, not warm or should I say barely warm? Then when I ask for them to remake it fresh, they give me the same food back. Terrible customer service, terrible food all around ridiculous. I want what I pay for especially at the price of fast food nowadays"

"Ordered meals at the drive thru. Parked out front to wait for our order. Tickets on the bags were correct so didn’t check contents. Got it home and found out it was completely different from the ticket attached to the bags. Returned to the restaurant for correct order. She told me that yeah - the guy who got our order had already returned it. They bagged up some fries and handed me my order. I checked the contents to make sure it was correct. Got it home (again) and opened the boxes to find a bite out of one of the sandwiches and the other box had a completely different sandwich in it. Everything except the fries was stone cold which meant they gave us the original order that the other guy had returned. I gave up and made lunch for everyone. If this is how they run their business in front of customers, I’m concerned with just what they’re doing behind the scenes. McDonald’s doesn’t need my business, I know that, but for the exorbitant prices they now charge, I would expect better. No more."

"Employees are nice but I'm not sure this is actually "Food". It just tastes like how bleach smells. I wouldn't recommend any McDonald's until they start selling food again. Honestly you feel the cancer in you growing when you eat their food now. What happened? Greed?"
