"We ordered 2 burgers and pretzels with beer cheese. $50 which is pretty typical for this type of place. Order at the counter and no one checks up on your table, so no tipping is necessary. We ordered the burgers medium and they came out well done. The pretzels were pretty hard, with very little cheese and the fries were kind of old tasting. So I was disappointed in the food that I was really looking forward to. It may have been an off day but it wasn't busy or anything, just steady. I may give them another chance one day but if it is similar then cross them off the list."

"A month ago, I totally would’ve given Heretic five stars, but since switching distributors, the food is trash. The nachos are blah (mostly cheese and refried beans, hardly any chicken with the new chunks of chicken rather than shredded chicken), the wings have a breading on them that makes them taste like they came from a gas station in the South, and they don’t have tater tots at all anymore. The beer and whiskey are still good, but this certainly won’t be a go-to dinner spot anymore and I don’t know that it’s worth the 25 minute drive just for drinks."

"We were booked to do a holiday party at the Heretic. Adding Dj & photo booth service to party was easy working with the staff. The room was both spacious and clean. The food was definitely good. The bar staff was great to work with. We hope to be invited back soon."

"EXCELLENT is all I can say! The atmosphere is fantastic. I had the Bang Bang shrimp tacos, and they were BANGIN! The MAJA Hazy IPA was refreshing. Staff were super friendly. Can't wait to come back! Hope I can find this beer in Michigan"

"What a wild experience! Huge warehouse space filled with gleaming beverage brewing/storage tanks! Impressive! The artichoke fritters are amazing and very unusual, but really tasty! My husband's burger was huge! I had a vodka soda with their distilled vodka that they make there. Was delicious! It's pretty loud because it's a lot of open space, but very dynamic and delicious food and drinks. I can't speak to the beer because I don't drink beer, and it seems like they have a lot of IPA. But they also distilled several liquors, including gin."
