"I'm only giving 5 stars to the girl that took my order for an Americano with mocha and peppermint.Service.. a very long time for 2 cars 4 drinks total almost 35 mins.Coffee isn't that complicated."

"Nasty! Used to be my favorite place! Im done with this coffee! Especially at this location! Ridiculous! Service is horrible!! They had no more heavy cream which made my drink absolutely disgusting! Worst experience! Didnt even offer me a different drink because they ran out of their product to make my drink! I came all the way from Vallejo area (I even told them that) just to wait in a line for over 25minutes which was absolutely not worth the wait!! NOT HELPFUL LIKE SOMEWHAT BEFORE!!! NOTHING!! I feel like I was robbed of my money and given garbage to drink! I will never go here again anywhere to any location again!! If I could give them less then a 0 rating I would because they dont even deserve a 1!!"

"I would like to give them a higher rating than a one star. But I have given the wrong drink twice in one week . I understand it's a busy week and they are swamped but not getting what I ordered twice in a 3 day period. Please slow down and make sure your giving the right drink to the correct customer."

"Incredibly helpful staff! She explained the drinks so well and helped cater to different preferences and requests! One of the best locations I’ve been too. The only downside is no public restroom but I think that is common for all locations. Definitely worth a stop, also be prepared it’s very popular so you could be in for a long wait."
