"Staff here is very rude. I went through the drive-thru and when I got to the window I told her to wait to scan my points. The only reason I went there was because I was six points away from a free coffee. She completely ignored me for like 5 minutes and when she open the window again she said oh it's too late I can't scan for your points and I asked her to refund it then and charge it again. The only reason I went to Starbucks this morning was for the points. She rolled her eyes at me and close the window. I will never be coming back to the Starbucks again."
