"Asked me if I wanted cream, I said yes. They proceeded to give me a completely overflowing cup of black coffee. I then drove 15 minutes home to find out my coffee was not made correctly and I had no creamer in the house. Maybe if the person running the window would focus and pay attention instead of doing everything as fast as humanly possible she would have made my coffee right and not messed up my day so bad. Don't worry, they got their $5 tip though."

"on my way to San Francisco. I stop by the Starbucks on 1200 Oliver Rd. I ordered a mobile order which I do every single day. I asked the lady in the front I believe she's the manager to check on my order. Since I have been waiting over 30 minutes already. She did not let me speak. She rudely cut me off and said would you like your refund without even letting me explain. I said I don't want a refund. I'm trying to talk to you and you're not talking to me you're just talking at me there's a difference. And she walks away. The worst customer service I ever had as a manager, especially in Starbucks Corporation"

"This Starbucks was surprisingly dirty. Bathrooms were dirty, trash and paper and the floors, no toilet paper or seat covers. In the eating area, napkins were everywhere on the floor, and the floor was dirty. For example, dirt spots were everywhere and things brought in from shoes weren't swept up. This appeared to be a busy store but I've never seen a Starbucks this dirty. We were traveling so no problem going back there. If I lived in the area, I would not go to this location or recommend this place to meet friends."

"Starbucks products are constant no matter what location you visit. I tried the strawberry funnel cake frappuccino. It was good but not one I would order again. There were only a few tables open at this location. IG:SACRAMENTOHONEY"
