"Today I went in and I had placed a mobile order. I saw a couple of drinks come out and I thought I should mention that I was still waiting on my drink since I had been waiting for 15 minutes. I understand that working at Starbucks can be very stressful so I talked to the barista in a calm manner and let her know what was going on. She gave me back so much attitude and stated that there was not another order for me. I showed her that I had received my crossiant but I didn’t get my drink. She said that it must’ve been bc I placed the crossiant and the drink separately although I was clearly showing her my phone with the crossiant and drink in the same order. She didn’t want to make the $8 drink that I was missing. I was talking to her nicely and she was rude the whole time to me. It wasn’t until someone else had to intervene and say that it must’ve been because the machine might’ve not printed the sticker for my drink. That’s the only way that she made the drink. She did a great job on the drink tho it was delicious."

"This team makes my lattes with the perfect foam. I get a grande, almond milk latte, one pump of pralines syrup and an added shot. There’s a drive thru. One bathroom only. The parking lot that leads directly to the main entrance is where Jamba Juice is."
