"I have been a shopper for over 20 years. I’ve shopped at multiple locations and typically prefer any Stater Bros. than other stores. Yesterday I had the misfortune of coming across one individual with curly red hair. Who was extremely rude, entitled, and disrespectful. I went in with my grandkids and I first saw her working in the corner of the store. I didn’t interact with her there, but when I went to the freezers I noticed she was refiling chicken, rude to those who were waiting on her. And was extremely aggressive. She was throwing boxes and clearly making everyone uncomfortable. I hope this young lady gets reprimanded. This set a horrible image for this place and company. After 20 years I have never met anybody so unprofessional."

"I have noticed the quality going down yet prices going way up! A week ago one of the attorneys in the office picked up fried chicken and he got so sick after eating it. He was still sick the next morning with it coming out both ends. I got the potato salad from the deli and it was sour. For the prices here I rather go to Vons, Albertson, Ralph's, or Costco. Better quality for almost the same prices!"
