"This location is terrible when it comes to mens clothing. Terrible selections if at all. Low stock and limited stuff to choose from. Shoe selection is also sparse. Better for colognes i guess. disappointed."
"The women in customer service were absolutely amazing. Very informative and very friendly. They store have a nice variety of items and great styles in the clothing. Of course, I had to swing by the perfume department. The ladies were kind, funny, and showed me the newest by Dior. I was able to get a great birthday present at an incredible price. I'm very happy with my visit."
"Went in for a dress. Last Call caught my attention. Saved 165. And some change. Received compliments on some of the purchases."
"Exceptional service provided by Julie!! She's a prime example of what great customer service is!Not only did she take the time to ask if I needed help but she showcased all type of perfumes I was looking for. She made sure I was well taken care of and I will continue to visit Macy's for future purchases! Thank you Julie"
"After dinner at cheesecake factory at Tyler mall, my wife and I went into neighboring Macy to look for shoes and my wife wanted a new outfit. Plenty of associates at the numerous cosmetic counters offering perfume sampling with big smiles. I am sure you have experienced the same issues but as soon as you pass the cosmetic area there are no help to be found, when you're ready to check out you have to walk the whole parameter of the store to find only one cashier then you have to deal with the line and long wait . I had picked 2 pairs of shoes one of them didn't have a price. I went to a lady that was hanging some garments in the men's department to ask her about it. Instead of assisting me she asked me to go ask the cashier. Two other customers ahead of me, only one cashier After waiting for 15 minutes listening to endless questions to the cashier from the customers ahead of me and no recognition from the cashier like "thank you for your patience, I will be right with you" nothing. My wife who was shopping brought her items to show me. She also couldn't find any help in women department. With us was my 11 years old who was getting restless , we just got frustrated left all of our merchandise next to the cashier and left. They say that Amazon took most retail stores business, that is not true. There are numerous things that you cannot buy on Amazon, so retail giants like Macy's can still get their share if they would provide a little more personal customer service and attention to details in salesmanship. They lost our business after wasting over 45 minutes shopping."
