"I don’t know about other Home Depot, but i know this location is horrible. Their work shop is unorganized. I heard about the children’s workshop from 9am-12pm held every first Saturday of the month so I took my kids. Our first time, we arrived at 10:30am. They told us they ran out of the themed kit, and we can to do a generic one. We were upset because they didn’t have enough. There were a good handful amount of kids, but why do they not order more when they know it will go fast. The next month we went to it, arriving EARLY! We arrived about 9:30am. They told us we weren’t able to get the themed kit because we didn’t sign up online. We weren’t aware that we had to sign up online so we can get a kit. So then, now it brings me to this month. I made sure I sign up. The only problem was that I wasn’t going to be able to make it to Home Depot until 12 on the dot. My kids had golf and we rushed to Home Depot afterwards. We got in the parking lot at 12 but there was traffic entering in the parking lot and I can see the where the workshop was being held and there was NO LINE! Finally, we parked and literally ran to where the workshop was held. I looked at my time and it was 12:02. They told me they had no more themed kits because they gave it all away right at 12. Mind you, when we got there there was no one else waiting in line and everyone seemed to be finishing up with their kits. My conclusion is they gave away my themed kits ( had reserved) well BEFORE it was 12. This is the third time Home Depot has done me dirty. They NEVER order enough themed kits but always seem to order too much of the generic kits that suck and have no pins. Do better and order more themed kits if you plan on doing workshops."

"Great place to go. I absolutely love love the people there. Just like most of you, I like to order things online and then pick it up from this particular Home Depot facility. These people are great. They go above and beyond the Call of Duty for you. All of the staff is very knowledgeable and is willing to help. I very much appreciate the hard work the staff do continuously."

"I don't often go here because they are prejudice against pit bulls but it's close to my home and Lowe's didn't have what I needed so I called first before heading over. I was patched through to the outdoor nursery where the kid on the phone was lazy and hung up on me. Not the first time this has happened here, not sure if it was the same kid as last time. I found what I needed minutes after arriving at the store although the product I was buying was $1.47 more than at Lowe's. I don't recommend going here unless you're out of options. Also, the older "gentleman " at the register in the garden department was unfriendly and full of excuses as to why his fellow employee couldn't or wouldn't do their job."
