If you can afford the 200 I highly recommend you do it. I've had my laptop worked on 2x already my washer fixed and I'm going to buy a battery for my laptop and have them install it(it's covered by my membership) it covers tv mounting if you buy a tv from them I mean you simply can't go wrong."

"They replaced me the screen of my iPhone 11 was broken, $ 200 dollars they charged me. After 1 month the screen went black, I took it to check and they told me that the warranty was 30 days and that it was not the screen that the cell phone had liquid and that it cost $ 400. I decided to seek a second opinion and found a place where they told me that if it was the screen, they only charged me $ 100 with 90 days warranty, my cell phone works. Geek Squad! Shame on you, such a large company and how they cheat and steal the customer. I do not recommend them for ANYTHING."
"Use to bring computers to geek squad for repairs by walk ins. Now they will only see you if you make a appointment, effectively requiring customers to jump through hoops to get help. I ended up just buying the windows 10 startup disk so I never have to bring computers here again. Other than that, it is a great place to buy software and devices."
