"The customer service at the stores less than desired. You're always having to chase a sales person and when you do, they seem very less than interested in helping you. They don't care if you buy something or not. To be honest with you, these people have nothing invested in the store. They are just customer service reps answering questions. They are not sales people or at least they do not act like it or not trained like it either. The store is often dead and I think it has a reflection to do with the type of customer service they provide. A lot of times they do not have the items in stock. Coming to the store. I find it to be usually a waste of time. I usually have to travel to other Best Buy locations just to look at a product. The store has very bad product merchandising and is not laid out very well. Some shelves are very bare and not much product on the shelf. You would think that it's either going out of business or just had a Black Friday sale. I have to question the sales manager's ability to hire the right people for this store. The people seem very disinterested and honestly not very excited or eager to help out customers. When I want to spend money and I come in to a store, I want people with at least a smile and some type of enthusiasm towards a potential sale. Morale here seems at a very all-time low. Maybe this is why we are seeing the decline in Best Buy stores nationwide Is that either they're not getting the right training or management is not hiring the right people for the job."
"The best TVs and the best electronics! Location is nice, sometimes the team is too aggressive and others nowhere to be found, but somehow manage to make it happen. I like the layout and they’ll work with you on purchases through them or progressive leasing."
