"Horrible manager. While store associate are being nice, store manager is extremely rude to customers. Store has issues with balloons supply and she didn’t apologize, didn’t try to help or find the solution, acted like she owns the whole store. She also refused to provide her name, which was extremely unprofessional."

The level of rudeness and incompetence is just too much for me to ever send anyone to this party city store. They need to get better employees."
