Store has issues with balloons supply and she didn’t apologize, didn’t try to help or find the solution, acted like she owns the whole store. She also refused to provide her name, which was extremely unprofessional."

The girl charged us TWICE because she said it didn’t go through but my card company said that I was charged 56 instead of 28 (the price it should have been). The level of rudeness and incompetence is just too much for me to ever send anyone to this party city store. They need to get better employees."
