"Was just at this location. The manager (aleesa [not sure on spelling] something like that) just confronted me because I asked her NOT to put the things in my cart away (the store was packed and I had parked my cart to the side and out of the way for maybe 45 secs). She got all up in my face. Said she could have me leave HER STORE. Wasn't aware she owned it. What a joke. Anyone else that has problems with this manager at this particular location needs to report her to corporate. A company that supports this type of manager will not get my support shopping or donating any longer. I'd give negative stars if I could."

"I was with my little one and wasn’t really looking for anything particular. Found a chair I needed to go with my desk. I was struggling with the chair and pushing the stroller at the same time. Both the strollers wheels and the chairs didn’t work properly so I couldn’t roll with them swiftly. I asked the front if I could get help. Person said they don’t do that. I wasn’t going to argue. I was parked closer to the Grocery Outlet. So I put the chair over my shoulder while pushing my kid. A kind customer offered to open the door while a kept pushing. I notice this customer had her foot in a cast. Bless that customer for helping because I was going to be struggling. Even if it is company policy not to help lift the furniture. It would of been nice to make an exception because it wasn’t a heavy item which could do harm to someone’s back. If that is what they are worried about."

"I stopped by today to donate 2 large bags of nice clothes. When I walked the first bag up the employee was standing doing nothing. I started to put my bag in one of the bins when he asked if everything in the bag was shoes. I said no that it was a mix of clothes, shoes and purses. He said I need to to open the bag and separate them myself. I told him I was on my way to an appointment and didn’t have time, if he could please do it. He said if you don’t separate then we don’t want your donation. What is wrong with people. Why do I have to do his job for him. I haven’t gone to this Goodwill in quite a while because they are over priced, the store is always dirty and not a great selection. I decided to take my donations because it is about helping others. I guess they teach their employees to be rude and lazy. So sad. Will never shop or donate there again."

"I loved this goodwill for so long but the manager is definitely over pricing items. They were selling a loungefly bag for more than what it was worth and it was still being sold in original store. They're selling a dollhouse now for more than what it goes for online! Don't get me started on the 8 dollar mug I found. I put my items back i was so shocked how much they're pricing items now. I used to shop here every weekend. Also who ever is tagging clothes really isn't inspecting the clothes. For reference I used to do that and the amount of stains and tears I've seen on clothes is insanity."

"My ratings change for this store after each visit, I am going 3 star because sometimes it's a 5 star and sometimes it's a 1 star. I have purchased some amazing great items here at a great price, and I have also noticed the price has increased and the quality has not been what it was when they opened a few months back.. most of the employees are great, unfortunately I had one that promised to hold a bike.for.a few.minutes, as the line was long and I needed to use the restroom (next door because they do not have one);when I returned she had sold the bike to someone else... I found it rude and especially after being a customer daily, there was no excuse for this."
