"I have visited this store 3 times in the last 6 months. I just walked out today for the same reasons I’ve walked out before. The customer service in this store is terrible! The last two times I visited I was the only person left in the store and not even a hello. I actually wanted to purchase shoes and I was trying on a display and both employees ignored me. I love the Vince brand but I won’t be stepping foot into this outlet store again. Never been treated so poorly by retail workers."

Terrible experience. 2 sales and no one greeted us or said a single word about any ongoing sales to us, even if there were only 2 other parties (4 customers in total), and we were there for at least 15 minutes. We learned about ongoing sales from the conversation between 1 sales and a customer who came in 10 minutes late after us."
