J.C Penny's is always a treat to shop at. This specific department store is very large and spacious with all of the items spaces out. "We found a belt, a pair of dress shoes, and a pair of sneakers, which we needed all three, so we were thrilled to get them all at the same place. The gal at the return counter helped us make our purchase and she was friendly and efficient. The store was a ghost town, so it made it easy to get what we needed."
"I went to pick my perfume up that I ordered online yesterday. The order was ready the same day I completed the order. The email gave good directions and I was able to find the area to pick up my perfume. The cashier was very helpful and made the pick easy for me. This is a very nice store with good customer service. "I haven't been in a mall department store in a long time. It was a little desolate. Not a lot of people not a lot of employees the escalators are so noisy. I was looking for a pair of black pumps. There was one okay pair of pumps, they were Worthington and they were $60. I was not impressed. Most of the people inside the store were wearing masks. The employees that were there were friendly. Online pickup and returns are on the first floor in home goods. They are fast and professional down there."
