"I’ve been to this location twice and every time I’ve had a great experience. The employees have been very patient and polite and just overall pleasant. they even went above and beyond to assist me with matching perfect jewelry for my dress that I picked out"

"Went to this store to find a ball gown for an event I’m going to. Not once did an employee ask if I needed any assistance or ask if I’m finding anything alright. Did notice that an employee was too busy trying on clothes (she wore a headset so I knew she was an employee) and a name tag that I didn’t even bother to look at. When I did find the right dress for me, I went to go pay and watched an employee walk away from behind the counter as I waited for assistance. And another girl who was at the counter asked if I was ready to check out and when I said yes, she looked around for help as if she didn’t want to assist me. Then she reluctantly did so. Watched as she just stuffed the dress in the bag, and she pushed it towards me like I was bothering her and she didn’t even say a word to me. I said “Thank you.” And just let because I was annoyed at this point. Don’t bother with this store, I don’t shop here anyway but I did need to find an affordable dress for the special occasion I will attend. GO ELSEWHERE. Giving two stars because I did find the dress that’s perfect for what I need it for."

"I called to verify if they had a dress, a girl helped me on the phone and she just mentioned the dress was damaged and she offered 15% off so I said good. I came to pick it up and I had sign up for the rewards twice with my email to receive the percentage that they keep offering to you so I did it with both of my emails so I could get the code. Tiana came to help and said she couldn’t honor my discount! So I don’t know why they kept pushing about the sign up if they weren’t going to respect it. Bad experience with customer service. Came from San Diego and wouldn’t recommend it."
