"When I went into this store today the security system beeped at me upon walking through the door. I was just carrying a small purse without shopping bags. When I didn’t find any items I liked I walked out and the employee very rudely yelled out loud “don’t you want to know why you beeped?” I felt super uncomfortable since he was basically accusing me of stealing so I opened my purse to show I did not steal ANYTHING, thank you very much. Won’t be coming back!"

"A bit messy and prices were misleading… I spent like 30 minutes looking for a dress, and I found one that was below a $29 sign, only to find out at the cashier that it was actually $89 :( so disappointing"

"I walked in to exchange something out. As I was waking around I noticed there were three employees just following me around. First of all what I make in a day these employees make every two weeks as one paycheck. Hence I can afford these items and I don’t have the need to steal. Never in my life have I felt so uncomfortable in a store. Secondly a guy with overalls demanded to take my returned order to the front and have it on hold (?)... not to mention he was really rude and just grabbed it from my hands before I could even answer him. My brother was also there with me and he wasn’t buying anything, he was just accompanying me. Three other employees were following him around too and harassing him. If your employees continue to harass your customers and make them extremely uncomfortable, there goes your clientele and business."

"I just got back from a trip to this store at 3pm this Saturday. While the clothing selection at this Urban outfitters is by far one of the best in so cal, the customer service is beyond poor. I asked my husband to get me another size (something the attendant should have been helping me with) and he asked the attendant for a large and a medium in the pants I tried on. Not only was her attitude not helpful, she was rude and told us they didn't have a medium or a large. Interesting because I saw a large myself when I picked up the original pants! I headed back and got myself both a medium and small and the attendant said nothing about the fact that she said they didn't exist. Fast forward to check out, and after a person left the register I proceeded to wait for the girl at the checkout counter to call me up. She didn't. She just stood there and stared at me. I asked if she was going to help me and she said nothing, I wasn't sure if she was even helping people at the counter. When I get to the counter I asked if she was going to help me and she said yes with an eye roll. Excuse me for bothering you on what must've been your day off! Don't go there expecting good service or any type of help from the employees here. It left such a bad taste in my mouth I don't think I'll return."
