Forever 21

"Yesterday morning time we went shopping for some good stuff and a wonderful young lady named Mary went far and beyond to help me, she was kind at all times and able to find me a chair due to I couldn't find where to sit to try some booties. I deeply appreciate Forever 21 having employees like Mary, that understand customer service and make you feel welcome and appreciated."

"I’ve always loved forever21 and their clothes and customer service. However, this last time I went in I was talked into joining their credit card/reward system and was told it would not affect my credit score at all, just to find that it took 5 points off of my credit score. I feel that the staff should not be telling people it doesn’t affect anything if they don’t really know."

"Just spoke w a store rep a few minutes ago. I tried to order online, but my size was not available. I decided to call the store. She checked the entire store to see if there was a hat in my size. She described each one of the type I was looking for. I was very appreciative of her earnest and polite effort."

"I was being helped but they were taking forever and I wanted to try on my clothes before closing. (I got here 45 minutes before closing and was trying to get some things really quick because I hate being in a store for more than an hour. Plus it was my only day off and I really was looking into getting some work pants before the next day) I told the girl that I was going to the dressing room because it was taking a while and she said that's fine. I get to the dressing room and its closed. Clearly no communication on different areas so instead of dumping my clothes wherever, I was trying to be polite and brought them to the register. The girl at the register then proceeded to ask, oh are you not getting these? Which i responded, I'm not going to buy clothes if I cant try them on first. She just kind of stared at me and then she proceeded with, oh well it's because we're closing/are closed... Really? I had no idea! Seriously these people are something else. I completely understood the concept of why the dressing rooms were closed. I get that you want to go home but next time try to work with people instead of talking to them like 5 year olds that cant have cookies from the cookie jar! How rude!!"
