"I am not one to ever leave reviews or complaints but I feel like this time I really need to. I believe she is the assistant manager she has blonde dyed hair and she was the one giving the override codes. I work with customers too so I know how it is being treated badly by many. However, it is not difficult at all to be a kind person you don't know what someone can be going through. She was making faces to other employees near her during my transaction. She was being so rude to me and giving attitude with my situation. I left the store, went to my car and started balling my eyes out because of how badly I felt I was treated. I went to the location at mainplace and I got treated so wonderful there. I hope she never treats someone like that again I seriously can't believe they let someone like that in charge of the store. I paid off my f21 credit card and cancelled it after this incident never stepping foot at this location ever again."

"This place is great if you want to find good specials and cool new styles. This place does seem more expensive than other foever 21's even though it is the same business. The problem is my wife spends too much momey and too much time here. I wish they would have beeter discounts and maybe give more coupons to save even more. Ok. That is about it haha."
