"When I entered the store I walked in with my cart, a lady behind me asked the security guy at the door wheres the carts in spanish. He completely ignored her. I asked him why didnt he answer her. He said I don't speak spanish. I said that sounds like a problem. He said for me or for her?? I said for you because the majority of the people who shop here are spanish speaking. He said well there in the US. I told him then maybe he should speak spanish. Shame on him. When I reported this to the manager on duty she said she heard everything and that he told the lady he was sorry , I said that was a lie. He never talked to the lady. The manager said she heard him which was not true because he was two registers down. She defended him and said he did nothing wrong. I brought an item back and asked for a refund so I didn't shop there any longer, they declined. This store is not customer friendly and they allow the security guy to speak down to customers."

"Sometimes I’ve bought things that are advertised as brand new and they do not function correctly. The fan I purchased here doesn’t work properly. They know they buy items that do not work properly and sell them to the public. They may have some good prices but we are getting what we pay for…. Things that don’t work properly or have missing items .. for less. Better to spend more on something that works. Now I have to buy another fan…. Assembled after the week for returns so nope. Couldn’t even go back for store credit. Another thing I don’t like is that they sell for money the same items that are given for free to people in food banks. That’s horrible because they were meant to be donations.."
