"I have loved H&M but my recent experience with staff at Orange location was not good. I asked for price match and Employees were unnecessarily rude regarding that. I asked as I had done the price match before. The employee rudely responded and didn’t even ask for my account number for points. It was insulting and I won’t be returning."

"Super excellent customer service at H&M. My daughter and I traveled to this mall for clothing shopping. Our area doesn’t have any trendy things. Not only do they have cute clothes, but their customer service was excellent! I had issues with my Apple Pay and my other credit cards went missing while I was on vacation. They tried several times to help me figure out how to resolve this so I can purchase the items we travelled to buy. Thank you staff! You all are awesome!!"
"Wow. I have never shopped here before because I thought it would be too expensive but I was way wrong on this. It is actually very reasonably priced and they just give you a good price straight up instead of jacking up the price and then offering a forty percent off or something. The designs here are simple and they don't have their brand blasted all over their clothing. The two things I don't really like is they dont have extra small sizes and the mens section is kinda small. So they dont get the full five stars."
