"Great service and layout, so clean and well displayed mdse. Got some boots on clearance and sales gal was perfectly courteous and helpful. Not a Torrid shopper much but I put myself on the email list to keep up. I was put off a little by the high prices on stuff that probably could find comparable and less expensive but the styles and colors were pretty and attractive."

"I've been a Torrid customer for years....I'm always assisted by warm, friendly associates and love shopping with Torrid. But, when I visited this location today, no one greeted me. No one even noticed I was there, even after I walked around the store for several minutes. I don't expect undivided attention, of course, but I do appreciate a "Welcome!" or "Can we help you find anything?""
"So the selection here is pretty good but the store is somewhat small and everything is kind of crammed together which makes the shopping process somewhat difficult. The customer service girls were all busy assisting other shoppers while I was there so I was left to navigate the tightly packed racks myself, which wasn’t a big deal. They had some cute floral tops but I thought they were a little bit pricey for the quality so I ended up not buying anything."
