"I was racially profiled by a non English speaking Hispanic women working the cashier registers today. A Caucasian woman approached her cash register to make a return skipping everyone waiting in line. I had to wait for everyone who was making a purchase to be serviced before calling me to the register….. 20 minutes later. I will never shop at this Ross again! Kathy Mora you need management skills! Treating a customer different because she is questioning the return policy is never ok. There was no need to keep me waiting 20 minutes in line before allowing cashier Jackie ring my returns. I urge all Ross shoppers to skip this store!"
