"I am very disappointed with the service at this establishment, I walked in, and the older gentleman asked how may I help you I mention that I was trying to place an order online in order to receive the promotional offer and I mentioned that I was having a hard time as it would not apply my discount. The older gentleman who may be the owner was very rude and stated that that’s not his problem that he is receiving hundreds of orders via online with no issue. I then asked if he could help me to see if I was doing something wrong on the app, he brushed me off and said he does not have time for this , I can tell that even the employees and the two customers that were present felt that his statements were unacceptable. If he would at least attempted to assist and the promotion wouldn’t of applied, I would’ve still paid at the regular price, but since he was so rude i decided to take my business elsewhere and will not do business there again! Subway - your franchisee is doing you wrong!"
