"Placed two mobile orders, both were entirely wrong and cold. One was an entirely different (and cheaper) item than what I ordered, sauces were missing, dough on the chicken nuggets wasn’t even cooked. The other order was missing a drink and sauces. Both were cold and served with unmelted cheese. Terrible experience."

"I tried to use my Wendy's App to get $2.00 off any premium combos. Unfortunately, there's no wifi available to get my cellphone to process a code. Therefore, I paid $13.15 for the combo. The fries looked old and not fresh. The Famous Daves double cheeseburger was just okay. It was definitely not worth the price."
