"Well first I received the wrong bike from rentacenter they took it upon themselves to choose a bike for me and didn’t say anything until I called them asking why they brought me the one they did then when they came with the right one I received a bike with almost no air in the tires so I had to go out and buy a pump before I could even ride it the forks were on backwards and the bike had no brakes whatsoever so I hurt myself the very first time I rode it since I live at the top of a steep hill that leads straight to the freeway it was pretty dangerous not having any brakes at all. In the end I ended up returning the bike when I couldn’t make my payment but when I tried to get it back later they were rude and acted like we could work it out then said no in the end and that they would contact me when they got another bike in but of course they never had any intention of getting back to me."
