"Kevin is an awesome tech. Helped me with trailer repairs while all other trailer repair shops in Nashville TN are not able to help due to lack of technical expertise. CML team was able to help promptly and efficiently.at a good price"
"Another shop wanted to replace the engine harness which was going to cost with parts and labor $6500. When I brought it in James worked on it and found a bad wires fixed and some other things too and only cost me $1700 so they save me a lot of money because they win the extra step to pinpoint the problem. They did a great job on my truck and it’s running and driving Excellent."
"They do excellent work. My box truck would not stay running and not only did they figure out the issues but they resolved them in a timely manner. I highly recommend CML for all your truck and trailer repair needs. Great customer service and very knowledgeable mechanics. A local family business you can trust."
"My husband & I picked up a boat in SC travelling back to Lake of Ozarks with a brand new boat 28" center console that we hauling for a Marine Dealer. We were in traveling thru Nashville when we saw smoke coming from the trailer wheel - the wheel came off in downtown nashville- We got a referral to call CML and Tiffany ansered the phone - calmed us down immediantly and said she had the best trailer/machanic guy on staff and would let him know we were on our way. When we arrived Kevin greeted us and said he knew excatly what to do - He ended up discovering 3 more where loose and needed to be replaced. At the very end Kevin came up to us apologies that he hadn't discovered it earlier but we had a crack in the trailer. He welded it and held it together with strapps to get us back on the road. The customer service and personnal attention we recieved from your Company was nothing more than absoluty 5 star. We apperiate the service and I felt safe getting this brand new boat back to the dealer in one piece. Thank you Kevin and Miss Tiff, Your employer should be very proud to have you working for their company in representing it with such top notch service. Prices were reasonable for working on it all day, commication was outstanding, For not being from the area, we felt like we were in the very best place we could be. I would highly recoomend CML."
"*In response to your reply...To make it clear, you are crooks. He went elsewhere and passed. You claim the truck failed for the injector cup seals leaking, and oil breather hanging on the side of the motor also leaking massive amts of oil but when he asked them to pull it over cardboard to verify the oil leak you stated it wasnt needed bc your shop was free of oil except for my truck. He also explained to the tech that we have a quick oil plug for fast oil change, and it does leak some. If there was any oil present it was likely from that. Then after he told you his company he is leasing on to has already authorized the payment for the inspection and he didnt want you to to work on the truck, you stood behind him and wouldn't let him leave until "HE paid" the highly inflated $156 for a dot inspection. He left and went to the company he is leasing to, showed them the truck, and they verified the truck is in good shape . He was told they have had major problems from you and no longer use you. He was instructed to go to their current inspection location where he passed with flying colors...for half the money. The tech even complemented him on how well maintained he keeps the truck . In the past month, our truck passed an annual inspection from the previous company we were leased to and a roadside dot 1 week prior. Clean up your act. If needed, I can add pics of injecter cups, oil breather, and the bill. I also wanted to state they never asked him to apply brakes for adjustment measures. They only wanted to find fake repair holds. Crooks. BEWARE! Find someone else. I'd give negative stars if possible. Don't even let them look at your truck."
