"Came in to get a simple part that everyone on the block has. Girl behind counter had no clue where it was. She asked one of her 'teammates' to help her locate it. He completely ignored her and went outside all the while I'm standing there waiting for my part. When he comes in I ask him if he could please help her, just tell her what aisle It was in and then he laughed at me and made a big joke about it. Horrible customer service, horrible store I will never shop there again. Advance Auto Parts had me in and out in 5 minutes. just saying...."

They clearly have no knowledge of their job and with them jamming loud music and taking personal calls on a cell phone and their cell phone just ringing none stop like acting like they are at home. My time matters to me. A knowledgeable person selling me parts is a must. I don't care what my situation is I will never return to this store. There used to be a good crew there but it's like a circus now."
