"The shop can get busy at times and you may have to wait, but I haven't had any issues with any of the purchases so far. We've had to return parts before and just as easy as buying returning was fine. Customer service has been great in my experience and have been helpful."

Their prices are the best not going to lie, but if they want to succeed they need to pay their workers more and make sure they answer their phones in a reasonable amount of time. "Nashville location is absolutely terrible!!!! Showed up at the time that it said they opened, ”8:30.” Only to be greeted with a “you’re way too early” from one of the “employees” terrible service. I asked what time do you open he said “uhhhh, probably 9-9:30.” I said online it says 8:30 he proceeds to say “well they lied.” According to him anytime you call this location you actually only speak with the Memphis location. Would give ZERO stars if it was an option."

"Being a Parts coordinator for a collision repair facility, I can tell you that this company unfortunately needs to have a better system. I will call and nobody answers, or I am on hold for a long time, I get hung up on, I order parts that they say are available and get an invoice several days later showing they did not actually have the part and zeroed it out on the invoice instead of calling and informing me about their inventory shortage. Also, when needing to return parts that came in defective, you will have to call several times for them to pick it up. I was told recently "we don't have enough drivers to pick up returns, they are too busy delivering parts" So they are quick to take your money but will never be in a rush to give you credits for defective parts."
