"After the big snow and ice storm that hit Nashville this past week, the tire pressure for one of my tires was down to almost nothing. The moment I drove up, I was warmly greeted and immediately they not only brought my tire to the correct level, but they also inspected the entire tire to ensure there was no additional damage or issues. It is rare to find this kind of customer service these days. These gentlemen are knowledgeable, efficient and extremely kind and I wouldn't dare take my car to anyone but them from now on."

"Came by this week with all the nasty winter weather and was still able to drop my car off with no appointment needed and have a all around alignment done in under an hour. Technician were also kind enough to mention the wear of my brakes which I have been concerned about as they are over 20 years old. Fair and reasonable pricing all the way through and A+ service. I dealt with the technician named Connor during my experience and he was very knowledgeable and made for a good first time experience at NTB for me and my truck. "If you could leave less than one star I absolutely would. Making the terrible decision to get an axle fixed here has started a snowball I never could have expected. After spending over $800 to be told "it was fine" after FOUR trips back and then finally taking it to someone who knew what they were doing to find out they actually broke the transfer case, them putting the wrong axle in twice, and damaging the speed sensors on both tires they of course wanted to "make it right". They still somehow messed up our refund so we are STILL getting charged for their errors. If you know what's good for you, do not go here. We have already put in our report with the BBB."
