"I spoke to someone who is at this location on the phone. I asked why my new account was not approved for my business. We have a large fleet of vehicles. He said it was probably because our business is an end user and not a tire retailer. Fine, no problem. The thing that bothered me was the person I talked to was rude about it and spoke to me very disrespectfully. It's probably a good thing they didn't approve my account. If a customer gets this kind of attitude on the phone from a vendor, it's just not worth doing business with them. After the phone conversation I just had, If one of their customers has a problem with their order, they will probably try to blame the customer. Where has the courtesy and respect for customers gone? I'm glad our business treats our customers with great appreciation and respect."
