"I had a problem with my gas stovetops ignitor system. AHS assigned it to Appliance Doc which I have never used before. Paul came out on Christmas eve day and quickly took apart my stovetop to accurately diagnose the problem. He explained everything to me so I understood the issue. "My mom‘s washing machine was on the blink for a while, and her home warranty company sent out a technician who did not fix the issue. So when my mom told me that her washing machine was still broken, I called them back and they said that she would have to pay for the service since it had been more than 30 days, which she was never told (she is also disabled and has to hobble out to her garage to do laundry, so she only does it about once a month). I argued with them and they finally agreed to have her not pay since she’s already been paying monthly for years on this stupid home warranty. After then assigning someone else who said they didn’t work on that type of machine (really?? It’s an HE!), they sent me another person, and thankfully it was Paul with Appliance Doc. He came out the same day, figured out the problem and what it needed, and said he needed to order the parts to fix it. Luckily the parts were in two days later and Paul came over the same day and fixed the washing machine perfectly! He was kind, responsive, professional, and efficient and I would highly recommend him. Also, I wouldn’t waste my time with American Home Shield or any other home warranty that you have to pay monthly for. If you have a washing machine problem, just call Paul!"

"My old stove kept clicking and one of the burner won't lit without using a lighter. My family usually calls Paul of Appliance Doc but I was not able to connect with him because he was out of the area at that time. I can't stop the clicking of the stove so I called Sunny Appliance Repair based on their good yelp review. David showed up, unplugged the stove from the electric outlet. He told me it's expensive to repair $85.00 service call plus $375.00 parts and repair. He suggested I might consider buying a new one which will cost more but it might be better than repairing. I paid Sunny Appliance that day $85.00 for coming up. The following day, I called Paul of Appliance Doc, as usual, Paul is wonderful who worked around my schedule. He fixed the stove for $140 (parts and labor). Paul never fails as always. It's been more than a decade we've been his client. His kind, wonderful, really smart, and truly an appliance doctor for all your appliance repair. The rate is very reasonable. David of Sunny Appliance repair called up again and told me he found a stove and quoted me $300 installation for a drop in cook top."
