"One thing iritates me. Your policy on purchase and return locations keep changing. At various times jewelry returns must be a front cashiers, other times only at jewelry, other times either location. Decide what your policy is and leave it. Last week I waited in a long line to return a piece of jewelry at front cashiers only to be told I could only return jewelry to jewelry dept. Then I had to wait again while jewelry cashier waited on clients already there. Then yesterday, I found two solar lights I wanted and then went to jewelry and found a beautiful necklace to purchase. However the cashier said I would need to purchase the lights up front. There was a very long line at that time so I told cashier just to forget it all. Then she had the nerve to tell to put the solar lights back on the shelf. I left them sitting there."

"Worst customer service from Mayra. I had to ask this lady for assistance 4times. I only needed her attention for a minute to request a discount on trouncers that were missing the adjustable belt, but she refused to give me the time of day. Born and raised in Turlock and have always shopped at my local TJ-max but I’ll be sharing this experience with family and acquaintances, I rather drive to Modesto’s TJ-max after this distasteful situation."
"They have a good variety of things and the store is clean and organized. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. In their accessories section they carry designer brands like D&G, Gucci and Valentino. The jewelry section has a lot of cute pieces. Definitely a nice place to do some shopping at a discounted price."
