"In early February, I contacted Noel at Mel’s Heat & Air to discuss replacing my 22yr old water heater and at the same time, installing a new whole house water filtration system. I have never had a whole house water filtration system before but I knew that I needed one because over the past several months my home in Turlock has begun to reek of chlorine.
