"So I called these guys out when my refrigerator wasn't working wasn't working. The freezer would work the refrigerator is not getting cold. I called out I compliance they said it would be $135 for the diagnosis and then they call me later with a quote. I already knew my family's out and thinking it was easier to call a professional they came out and told me my fan was out and it would be $135 for the trip. The service tech told my wife the fan would never work again and I had my refrigerator running 30 minutes after he left. The fan wasn't done it was a little bit of ice blocking the whole to the refrigerator and he calls me back with a $450 quote to have it fixed."

"I called them to troubleshoot my GE refrigerator. The technician came out and was very friendly and on time. I explained to him that my ice maker and water dispenser was not working and that I had just replaced the filter. He was there troubleshooting for about 30min or so then came to the conclusion that the computer board needed to be replaced and he would give me a quote once he got the price. A day later I was given a quote over $650, instead I purchased a Home Warranty and filed a claim, they sent out a GE technician and he concluded that there was a disconnected wire and the filter was put in incorrectly. Like the other review states these guys are not properly trained to work on newer appliances."
