"Terrible experience- the cashier over charged me and I was treated like I was an inconvenience. I went where she told me and no one acknowledged me. I understand they are busy doing clerical work but a simple acknowledgement does not take too long"

"So yesterday March 2nd went to Turlock, the store. Love to shop there that have good prices. We went to the food court and I observed one of them. Employees breaking a bag of Ice on the floor where everybody was stepping Hold on to put inside the ice machine. I thought it was very unsanitary to do that. Only because the ice went inside that ice machine. I observed the guy put it inside so anything that was on that bag from the outside went into the ice machine. I guess you really want to go on a deep fun. I really think when they're breaking up that ice. They should actually do it on the table or before they bring out the ice bag and then put it in the machine. I did not get no ice from that machine. And I will never get a drink from Costco's. I hope that costco's changes this policy because it is very unsanitary T"

"Honestly worst customer service EVER, not only did all the employees in front when you walk out of the big doors talk to you with such a bad attitude they would give dirty looks!! There’s especially this one lady I believe her name was Keleyne/ Kaleyne I didn’t get to see her good enough she had glasses and looked around 40-ish she was super rude to me and my parents for no reason when we walked up to her to leave!!! ( not so surprising but she was also rude to the people behind as we were walking out heard her giving them attitude) smh I expected a bit more from you guys!"
