"Vuori is one of luxury activewears competing with other two brands in Stanford shopping center. Cannot say whose product quality is the best, but definitely Vuori’s sales associate is on the top in terms of customer services. I visited Vuori several times. The staff is always friendly, showed willing to help, but not aggressive and pushy. One of the recent visits, I tried to find an item that’s sold out from online. I showed the item to one of the staff Noah. There was no inventory at store as expected. However, Noah was going beyond and called both Santana Row and SF stores. Eventually I am able to get the item which I didn’t hold much hope before visiting. Kudos Noah! Afterall, Vuori’s DreamKnits is super comfortable and definitely will go back to purchase more"

"Awkward checkout experience. Attendant wouldn't give me promotional product at first, even though I was qualified, then made me feel like I was stealing. She put one item into the bag without ringing it up the first time then made me feel like I should have known better? Not a good experience. Plenty of other comfortable clothing retailers in the area will offer real hospitality, look around!"

"Clothes aside, I love these people. They are truly the nicest people. I bought a jacket that did not fit and could not make it back for 4 months. Not a problem. They returned it and made sure to search the store up and down to find me the right size."

"I absolutely love the store and the people were so kind. My friend was looking for a base layer type and walked into another store (shall remain nameless). We headed into Vuori and immediately warmly greeted and offered help without being overbearing. And I might add the performance pants are "it" (I now have 4 pairs). Just wish SF's store was as nice."
