Reviews
"People that work in this gap is always pleasant. Everything is organize and for some reason I’m always able to find my size when I look for stuff."
"Decent store. Got sale items there. Wish there were more people helpful. Poorly staffed. Very few people. But we got what we wanted and there wasn't much rush"
"Watch out they might cheat you. Here is my experience; make sure you ask proper question and double check your receipt, don't believe them immediately. Horrible customer experience and they don't have any idea how to do their work. I went for an exchange with the gift receipt, 1st mistake - without any knowledge they credited the card of the person who gifted me and asked me to call my friend to get the money back. (I clearly mentioned I want to exchange using the gift receipt and holding the new set of clothes) 2nd mistake - they said they are giving me more discount than the actual exchange to cover their negligence and hasty action, which was a lie when I asked them the split up again, it was $10 more than the actual. 3rd mistake - they wasted my time and changed the story that I was yelling at them. why would I want to yell when my kid is sleeping in the stroller and these guys are wasting my time for the mistakes above. 4th mistake - these guys are inexperienced no idea how to treat the customer. 5th mistake - while the whole conversation was going, the manager and the employee was talking in the language which the customer doesn't understand (which is absolutely lack of manners) Overall the current manager and employees doing a bad job, I hope someone take some action to avoid these kind of experience to future customers. I would not visit this store anymore and I wouldn't recommend anyone I know to visit this store."
"Good selection of clothes Nice casual stuff"
"So, all the pants are now called "skinny", "slim" & "athletic". None of which describe me. To be fair, a skinny pair fit well. But I'm NOT skinny. One of the staff members helped me find some jeans off the sale rack. Marked down and another 50% off. And they all love my dog..."
