"I spoke with Renee, the licensing supervisor and she was extremely rude & very condescending. When I tried to call back to speak to someone else, she took my call & then declined it. Very unprofessional & rude!"
"Today I spoke with Tara Woods . She was very helpful and went the extra mile to find the answers/ resources to all of my questions. Exceptional Customer Service Tara! Thank you again!"
"These people are awesome! They follow up with your phone calls and make sure they email you feedback emails. Making sure they are committed to effective and efficient protocols while dealing with your licenses and license applications."
"This Agency claims to "investigate" complaints regarding Insurance companies. However, I filed a complaint about a claim with my insurance company. The only thing the "investigator" did for me was moderate communication between myself and my insurance company. She did not investigate anything and she did not require the insurance company to provide evidence. I actually presented written evidence in support of my assertion. After each side presented their position, she emailed me that she closed the file as she was done moderating the communication. Don't waste your time. I found this process totally useless. She did not help me in any way or come to any conclusion about the insurance company actions"
