"I would not do business with Robins Insurance. I moved from the company I was with for nearly 20 years. I was looking forward to the move given their great reviews and low costs. Unfortunately, the employee that sold me the policies no longer works there, but two current employees explained that the previous employee sold many policies negligently - without understanding underwriting requirements. Personally, this led to a situation where my coverage could not be maintained. This could have been handled well, but it was not. It took 3 weeks to attempt to re-quote me new policies. In this time the representative helping me changed once and I still needed to reach out to their operations manager in order to get a resolution. Eventually, they said they were unable to find coverage for a reasonable cost and I took my business elsewhere."
