"This company is absolutely horrible! Once you complete your compliance requirements this company is going to procrastinate to facilitate the removal of the device because everyday you are paying them for the device. I've had my unrestricted driver's license for a week now. I submitted a copy to them as a last compliance requirement. Now a week later and this company continues to stall. Today I will be removing this device myself. If you get a DUI do not get this device. You will be better off just driving without a license and I know that sounds crazy but in my entire year after my 1st DUI I've never been pulled over. The irony is had I never opted to get the device to follow the law, I would not have this issue now. I paid this company every month both to them and to get the device calobrated. You're going to regret and wish you never chose to get this device. Mark my words...."

"Terrible customer service and a failed appointment. I had to schedule twice before actually getting an appointment, and when I finally did the device was never sent out, so I had to schedule AGAIN! By that time my court order had expired and I had to get yet another ride from disgruntled family after wasting a first ride."
